Pre - K

Pre - K classes will help your young athlete become mentally, physically and spacial aware of their environments. Our shortened 30 minutes class allow them to have fun while learning intro to tumbling skills.

Classes for all skill levels

Our tumbling classes are self progressive and vary in degree of skill progression.  Our athletes are encouraged to set personal goals and work with our coaching staff to achieve them.  The ultimate goal is to provide a safe and encouraging environment where all athletes can learn new skills and have fun while doing so.

Beginner

Whether your athlete is 6 or 18, everyone starts somewhere.  Our beginner class will spark an interest or help your athlete to understand their body control and learn foundational tumbling skills. Intro to tumbling and Level 1 Tumbling.

intermediate

Does your athlete have basic tumbling skills, amazing flexibility, and working on their handsprings, Level 2 may be is the class for them.  All level 1 skills are a prerequisite.

Advanced 

Has your athlete been in gymnastics or tumbling for a while and working on tucks, layouts, or twisting? Level 3+ may be for them! All level 2 skills are a prerequisite.
