NINJA TRAINING

Ninja Warrior Training is all about movement, agility, and fun!
Our ninjas learn how to safely jump over, crawl through, tumble across, and run on a variety of obstacles. They practice landing techniques from different heights and distances—developing the skills to absorb impact and roll safely out of a landing

 

.

We also focus on hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, teaching ninjas how to jump, grab, and land with precision. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, agility, balance, and problem-solving skills—all while having an awesome time.

This class is perfect for kids with energy to burn and a love for adventure!
