Our tumbling classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re returning to movement, building strength, or chasing a skill you’ve always wanted to land. Each class is self-progressive, meaning you’ll work at your own pace with exercises and drills tailored to your current level. No experience is required—just a willingness to move, try, and have fun.

Our coaches will help you set personal goals and build toward them step-by-step with proper technique, conditioning, and confidence. You’ll be supported, encouraged, and celebrated along the way. The ultimate goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself, learn new skills, and enjoy the process—whether that means mastering your first cartwheel or powering up to a tumbling pass you never thought possible.

NINJA WARRIOR

Our adult ninja classes are built for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to obstacle training or looking to level up your strength, agility, and endurance. Each class is self-progressive, allowing you to move at your own pace while still being challenged. You’ll learn how to navigate obstacles safely, build functional strength, improve balance and coordination, and discover what your body is truly capable of.

Our coaches work with you to set personal goals—maybe that’s conquering a warped wall, mastering grip strength, or simply feeling stronger and more confident in your movement. We break skills down step-by-step and celebrate every win, big or small.

The ultimate goal is to create a supportive and fun environment where adults can train hard, cheer each other on, and have a blast while doing it. Whether you want to get in shape, try something new, or reconnect with your inner kid—this is your place.

Adult Cheer

Our Adult Cheer program is open to all experience levels — whether you’re returning to cheer, exploring tumbling for the first time, or simply looking for a fun and athletic way to move. No prior cheer or gymnastics background is required.

Each class blends elements of:

  • Jump and Tumbling Stations: Learn progressions at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Stunting Technique: Work with partners and groups while building trust, timing, and strength.

  • Strength & Flexibility Training: Develop body control, mobility, and power.

Our coaches break skills down step-by-step to ensure safety, confidence, and consistent progress. The atmosphere is supportive, encouraging, and designed to celebrate growth at every level.
