TUMBLING SHAPES &
Tumbling is about how fast you can move from perfect body shape to perfect body shape. If you want to be a better tumbler then being able to hold these shapes consistently is extremely important! We will teach you what to squeeze in each body shape and how to transition from one shape to another! Core strength will be built adamantly in this class.
BIGGER, FASTER , STRONGER
This class will act as a strength and conditioning class as well as jump height, and explosiveness. By working multiple muscle groups within the High Intensity Interval Training structure, the athletes will understand, more accurately, how to control their body. The athletes will be more engaged with functional flexibility and become aware of how to stretch properly post workout.
Emphasis on the stability, body control, targeted strength, mental confidence, and positional range of motion of the flyer position. Knowing what to squeeze and when to squeeze is difficult to learn in the air, we offer this class to give athletes the muscle memory needed to create a sense of weightlessness to the bases underneath them
Through the combination of flexibility, core strength, leg strength, and proper timing we fulfill the ability to gracefully, and to the outside world effortlessly, hit our toe touch, hurdler, and pike jumps.
