Skills Camp — a 4-day high-energy training experience built for athletes who love to climb, swing, jump, and compete!
Each week, athletes will train for 2 action-packed hours a day, Monday through Wednesday, learning new techniques, tackling real ninja-style obstacle courses, and building elite-level skills in speed, coordination, balance, and power.
