2-Day Advanced Ninja Warrior Clinic (1)

This 2-day Advanced Ninja Warrior Clinic is designed for athletes who are ready to push their skills beyond the basics and take on higher-level Ninja Warrior challenges. This clinic is ideal for athletes who already have an understanding of how their body moves through space, whether from Ninja, gymnastics, parkour, climbing, cheer, or other athletic training. Over two 1.5-hour sessions, athletes will train on more complex obstacles while refining technique, efficiency, and control in a focused, high-energy environment.

Throughout the clinic, athletes will focus on advanced skill development in parkour and safety, climbing and swinging, and balance, with an emphasis on linking obstacles smoothly and reducing wasted movement. Training will include dynamic jumping and landing variations, advanced grip and swing techniques, technical transitions, and precision balance under fatigue.
